Our company is based in China, offering professional packaging and printing services. We specialize in paper packaging, with a strong focus on the paper gift packaging industry.
What kind of packaging are you specialized in?
We focus on paper packaging, especially in the paper gift packaging.
In addition, to fulfill our customers’ one-stop packaging requirements, we also offer other types of packaging solutions. From boxes, bags, and containers to labels, we can create custom packaging for you as soon as we receive the proper design file.
What is your lead time for production?
Our usual production lead times are approximately 10 to 30 business days. This may vary depending on factors like the type of packaging, order quantity, and the season. Keep in mind that more complex customizations or additional processes can extend the production time slightly.

Are all your products recyclable?
Absolutely! We are proud that all our paper-based packaging is fully recyclable. If you’re looking for eco-friendly packaging options, our experienced product specialists are here to help. They can guide you in finding sustainable solutions that meet your needs.
Can we request samples? Are there any fees?
Yes, we recommend our clients include a sample proofing stage when placing an order. Having a digital sample for approval before mass production is essential to reduce the risk of receiving incorrect or unsatisfactory packaging.
While there is a sample fee at this stage, it can help prevent costly mistakes later, such as issues with production, logistics, brand image, or customer satisfaction.
We also provide free digital paper samples to check the quality, but shipping costs are not included.
What file type do you require for printing?
We require artwork files in editable formats such as AI, EPS, or PSD with at least 300 dpi.
Our skilled design team can efficiently work on your file and provide artwork layout services for FREE (after the order is confirmed). The final layouts will be sent to you for approval before sampling or production.
How do you ensure the quality of my packaging?
If you pay close attention to packaging details, don’t worry! You can trust our packaging experts.
We take pride in our product quality. Our quality control team carefully inspects every detail of your packaging. We also provide photos and videos at each step for your approval before mass production to minimize errors. And if any issues happen, we will take full responsibility without hesitation.

Of course! All our packaging products are fully customizable. Whether it’s the main material (paper, plastic, metal, etc.), color ink, coating, surface finish, or even small details like ribbons or stickers, we can source them and provide the best solution for you.
